Role

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of the complexity management database and tools;
  • Apply Systems Engineering concepts to complexity management studies for Bakery Ovens, Combi Ovens, and Speed Ovens;
  • Analyze product complexity in terms of components, modules, and SKUs, identifying commonality levels and potential opportunities;
  • Work with Microsoft Office tools to organize, analyze, and present data;
  • Participate in meetings with technical and R&D teams to collect information and align analyses;
  • Lead meetings to present and discuss results and findings with relevant teams;
  • Propose and develop complexity management tools and methodologies;
  • Study and support the practical application of Systems Engineering concepts within product development.
