- Deliver reliable and sustainable customer service operations, aiming for best-in-class service levels. - Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring timely and accurate order execution while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. - Coordinate effectively with Import & Export Specialists across global hubs, providing appropriate backup and ensuring business continuity. - Apply a continuous-improvement mindset to team processes and ways of working. - Review customer activity and operational data, identify trends or risks, and take corrective action when required. - Proactively seek stakeholder feedback and translate it into service improvements. - Build effective working relationships with suppliers, customers, buyers, Demand and Supply Planning, and Physical Logistics. - Ensure adherence to approved Import & Export procedures, SOPs, internal controls and compliance requirements.
