Role
Responsibilities
Study core HR functions including recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee management.
Assist in job analysis, job description preparation and basic HR documentation.
Study employee training, performance appraisal, career development and employee engagement practices.
Analyse compensation, employee relations, grievance handling and workplace policies through academic research/case studies.
Prepare HR reports, findings and recommendations based on the project.

Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
