Role

Responsibilities

 ⁠Creating content ideas, captions, and social media plans

•⁠  ⁠Supporting Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

•⁠  ⁠Planning weekly and monthly content

•⁠  ⁠Following social media trends and bringing creative ideas to the team

•⁠  ⁠Coordinating with designers and other team members

•⁠  ⁠Supporting campaigns, events, training programs, recruitment activities, and communities

•⁠  ⁠Engaging with followers and online audiences

•⁠  ⁠Managing Kalamntina’s WhatsApp, Telegram, and relevant community groups

•⁠  ⁠Responding to messages, engaging with group members, and maintaining active communication across the groups

•⁠  ⁠Sharing updates, opportunities, campaigns, events, and relevant content through WhatsApp and Telegram communities

•⁠  ⁠Monitoring content performance and engagement

•⁠  ⁠Supporting event coverage, interviews, photoshoots, and content creation

  Creating and producing Video Reels

  Filming team members and creating engaging video content

  Appearing in Kalamntina's Video Reels and social media videos

  Helping communicate Kalamntina's culture, services, activities, and success stories online

Working hours

Monday to Thursday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sunday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm

The steps involved in being selected for this opportunity.

Application process usually takes 8 days

  1. STEP 1

    EP should prepare motivation video for the first interview

  2. STEP 2

    CV and video will be shown to the company and AIESEC will get a feedback

  3. STEP 3

    EP will have second interview with the company directly. if the company accept the intern, AIESEC has to approve

  4. STEP 4

    if the company accept the intern, AIESEC has to approve the intern in 2 days ,so The EP should talk with both side of AIESEC
