Role

Responsibilities

• Análise de Dados e Relatórios: Acompanhar métricas-chave de vendas (taxas de conversão, gargalos do funil, receita) e construir painéis periódicos para a liderança.

• Otimização de Processos: Mapear, refinar e documentar fluxos de trabalho de vendas de ponta a ponta para reduzir atritos operacionais.

• Higiene e Gestão do CRM: Gerenciar rotinas do CRM, manter a qualidade dos dados e garantir a distribuição adequada de leads e o rastreamento do pipeline.

• Suporte à Estratégia Comercial: Auxiliar no mapeamento de territórios, acompanhamento de metas e desenvolvimento de playbooks de vendas.

• Alinhamento Interdepartamental: Coordenar ações com Marketing, Finanças e Cadeia de Suprimentos para garantir a transição fluida de leads e a continuidade dos processos.
