Role

Responsibilities

  • Recrutamento & Seleção: Alinhar perfis com gestores, publicar vagas, realizar triagem de currículos, conduzir entrevistas por competências e coordenar dinâmicas.

  • Onboarding & Experiência do Colaborador: Desenhar e executar o processo de integração de novos talentos, garantindo a rápida aculturação e acompanhamento nos primeiros 90 dias.

  • Operações & Indicadores de RH: Acompanhar métricas de Atração de Talentos (Time-to-Hire, Turnover nos primeiros meses, custo por contratação e SLA de vagas abertas).

  • Gestão de Plataformas & ATS: Manter a higiene de dados no sistema de gestão de candidatos (ATS) e nos canais de atração de vagas (como LinkedIn e plataformas AIESEC).

  • Cultura & Projetos Especiais: Apoiar em programas de desenvolvimento interno, pesquisas de clima, comunicação interna e iniciativas de Diversidade e Inclusão.
