• Proven knowledge of photo and video editing (familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar apps).
• A strong understanding of Instagram features, algorithms, and current trends.
• A proactive mindset: we want someone who comes to the table with ideas, not just someone waiting for instructions.
• Great visual taste and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowing Romanian is a plus, but not mandatory).

What You Will Do:

• Brainstorm & Plan: Come up with fresh, engaging content ideas tailored to the specific vibe of each account (from relaxed brunch mornings and late-night cocktail mixology to behind-the-scenes venue management).
• Shoot Content: Visit our locations on-site to capture high-quality photos and videos. Don't worry about the gear - we will provide all the necessary equipment, so you can just focus on bringing the creative vision to life.
• Edit & Polish: Edit raw footage into dynamic Reels and Stories that catch the eye and fit the brand aesthetics.
• Manage & Post: Schedule and publish content across the 4 Instagram accounts, ensuring a consistent online presence.
• Organize & Archive: Keep our digital assets and raw media files neatly organized in our digital archive.
• Team Syncs: Participate in weekly planning and communication meetings to align on the content calendar.

Work hours

40 hours/week, some shootings need to be done during the day, others during the evening, availability to shoot content during late evening events is also required.
