About ITM Global School

ITM Global School was founded in the year 2014 in the midst of a picturesque and beautiful lush green stretch beside the NH 44 in Turari, Gwalior. It has the pristine backdrop of the verdant green hillocks of the Vindhyachal Range. Role

Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Implementation

Implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with school standards.

Use play-based, experiential, and activity-based learning strategies.

Support foundational literacy, numeracy, and life skills.

Adapt lessons based on Individualised Learning Programmes (ILPs) where required.

2. Student Assessment and Feedback

Observe and document developmental milestones.

Conduct informal and structured assessments.

Provide constructive feedback to parents on academic and behavioural development.

3. Classroom Management

Maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

Establish consistent routines and behavioural expectations.

Encourage independence, collaboration, and social skills.

4. Collaboration and Professional Development

Work closely with co-teachers and support staff.

Participate in training related to early childhood education.

5. Parent and Community Engagement

Regularly communicate with parents about child development.

Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.

6. Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain developmental observation records.

Submit required daily/monthly reports.

Track attendance and student progress.

Working hours

Monday to Saturday

8:00 am - 2:00 pm
