5.The teacher will be assigned to teach at both campuses in Thanh Hoa City and may rotate between locations based on class schedules and operational needs: SA English Vincom Campus: PG3-01 Vincom Shophouse, next to Vinpearl Hotel, opposite 40 Trieu Quoc Dat Street, Thanh Hoa City; SA English Campus: 118 Trinh Kha Street, Dong Ve Ward, Thanh Hoa City.

6. The Center commits to providing around 100 working hours per month, including both teaching hours and back-office duties. Back-office duties may include lesson preparation, teaching materials development, student assessment, and other academic-related tasks, which may be completed remotely.

The Teacher is guaranteed a minimum compensation equivalent to 80 working hours per month. If the actual assigned workload is below 80 hours, the Teacher will still receive payment equivalent to 80 hours. If the workload exceeds 100 hours, additional hours will be paid on a pro-rata hourly basis, up to a maximum of 120 hours per month. The work schedule is flexible and will be communicated in advance. The Center may also organize training sessions from time to time, which may be scheduled on any day of the week with prior notice. The Teacher is entitled to one flexible day off per week, which will be arranged by the Center in consultation with the Teacher.

7. The above salary includes all accompanying benefits. In the event that the salary does not exceed the equivalent of USD 1,000, the Company shall provide additional support covering 50% of the legal documentation fees, including the Temporary Residence Card (TRC), Work Permit (WP), and Visa.

For the Teacher's convenience, the Company may cover the legal documentation fees upfront. Any applicable amount payable by the Teacher will be gradually deducted from the monthly salary in accordance with the agreed arrangement.
