About Techno Genius

Through hands-on projects, experiments, creative activities, robotics, and problem-solving challenges, the academy encourages students to explore, innovate, and develop critical thinking and practical skills while making learning an enjoyable experience.

Role

Responsibilities

Deliver robotics and programming courses for different age groups and skill levels. Teach Arduino, LEGO Robotics, LEGO Education SPIKE, and Python. Deliver practical, project-based learning activities. Guide students through robotics projects, challenges, and competitions. Assess student performance and provide feedback. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and programming issues with students. Design and develop structured curricula for Robotics, Arduino, LEGO, SPIKE, and Python. Create course levels based on students' ages, abilities, and learning objectives. Develop lesson plans, practical activities, projects, exercises, and assessments. Build progressive learning paths from beginner to advanced levels. Create competition oriented training programs when required. Continuously review and improve existing curricula based on student performance and feedback. Ensure that courses are practical, engaging and aligned with modern robotics and programming education. Prepare educational materials and instructor guides to ensure consistency across different groups and instructors.
