The total payment is $900 for 100 teaching hours. The center guarantees 100 hours/ month for the teacher.

- If the teacher works more than 100 hours, he/she will be paid 10$ for each extra hour.

- If the assigned teaching hours are below 100 hours, the salary remains $900.

However, if the teacher takes leave resulting in fewer than 100 teaching hours, the salary will be calculated based on actual teaching hours, except in force majeure cases.

- The Tet holiday and summer vacation salary is $10/hour and will be paid based on the actual hours worked.

- The Center ensures teaching availability during the Tet holiday and summer vacation period and provides 50 hours per month at minimum. The center will calculate the teachers salary based on the actual teaching hours.

- The centre will pay 100% of the Visa, Work Permit, and Temporary Resident Card costs upfront. The centre will cover 50% of the total cost, while the remaining 50% will be deducted from the teachers salary over the first three months.

- The centre will cover 100% of the accommodation cost. Electricity and water bills are excluded and shall be paid by the Teacher
