About Nutty Scientists
Nutty Scientists® is the leading provider of interactive programs for children aged 4 - 16 related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) learning. It's the first of its kind in Egypt.
Role
Responsibilities
- Engage in Nutty Scientists performances, including but not limited to science shows, workshops, and presentations during field trips, birthday parties, programs, videos, camps, in-school visits, and marketing events.
- Ensure that delivered sessions are entertaining and educational for children.
- Participation in Science Stations: Take active roles in Nutty Scientists science stations during events and shows.
- Material Preparation: Assist in the preparation of materials for events and shows.
- Ensure all materials are ready and suitable for each performance.
- Rehearsals and Training: o Engage in scheduled rehearsals and training sessions to enhance performance skills.
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
- Child Management: o Manage and maintain discipline among children during Nutty Scientists services.
- Ensure a safe and engaging environment for all participants.
- Professional Development: o Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in science communication.
- Participate in relevant events to enhance personal and professional growth.
- Company Reputation and Growth: Enhance the company's reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests.
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Team Collaboration: o Assist in the performance and R&D training of colleagues.
- Take the lead in specific projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: [Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related field.]
- Previous experience in science communication, education, or performing arts is preferred. Skills and Abilities: o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and entertain children effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for science education.
- Personal Attributes: Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for science.
- Reliable and punctual.
- o Acting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform in dynamic environments.
- Comfortable working in a lively and sometimes noisy environment.

Friday
