Project Activities

Week 1
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and identify high-potential business opportunities
Week 2
Develop value propositions, outreach strategies, and lead qualification frameworks
Week 3
Execute client engagement meetings, deliver persuasive presentations, and handle negotiation simulations
Week 4
Build strategic partnership proposals, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and create growth-focused expansion plans.
