Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Assist in structuring live projects using basic project management tools (Gantt charts, task trackers, milestone mapping).
Map required competencies for youth employability (communication, problem-solving, digital literacy, technical basics).
Attend planning meetings for Ātmīyaṁ™ Wellness Gathering – Season 7 to understand operational workflows.
Week 2
Track progress of youth training modules (soft skills workshops, technical sessions, career guidance talks).
Assist in budgeting and resource planning for both training sessions and the wellness gathering.
Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and community stakeholders regarding logistics, session planning, and resource allocation.
Week 3
Oversee execution of scheduled youth training sessions and monitor attendance, engagement, and session quality.
Document operational processes and impact metrics (participant feedback, engagement rates).
Work as part of the Ātmīyaṁ™ Wellness Gathering Crew – Season 7 during live execution.
Week 4
Support post-event wrap-up (vendor settlements, documentation, impact storytelling).
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
Evaluate training outcomes (participant skill improvement, feedback analysis, employability readiness indicators).
