Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Develop implementation plan including English lesson plans, content calendar, marketing strategy, and KPIs
Conduct onboarding meetings with partner representatives to understand beneficiaries, needs, and project expectations
Introduce and present project objectives to beneficiaries
Run initial English level and communication confidence assessments
Exchange participants will be provided with professional equipment (camera, lighting, and microphone) for content creation
Week 2
Manage and start publishing content on social media platforms
Identify beneficiaries’ English learning goals and areas for improvement
Plan, film, and begin editing promotional content for the project
Conduct interactive English teaching sessions focused on speaking and real-life communication
Week 3
Facilitate soft skills development through English-based activities and speaking practice
Support beneficiaries in preparing and delivering English video presentations as part of their learning process
Continue filming, editing, and actively managing social media engagement
Organize cultural exchange activities to foster global awareness and communication
Week 4
Prepare and present final report to stakeholders and closing
Deliver final English presentations or group activities to showcase progress
Launch final promotional campaign and publish recap content
Collect and analyze feedback, surveys, and social media performance metrics
