Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Create an implementation plan on how the project should unfold and determine materials to be used for artistic activities
Preparing the artistic activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC
Run the initial assessment needed for measuring the artistic skills, interests, and creative backgrounds of participants
Introductory session with the beneficiaries, presentation of the volunteers and project objectives
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the expected creative outcomes of the project
Week 2
Workshop: Introduction to Artistic Expression and Creativity
Activity: Creative exploration sessions (drawing, painting, crafting, or mixed media) to encourage self-expression
Assessment of their current artistic skills: strengths, creative style, and areas for improvement
Coordinate sessions with individual participants to identify their artistic interests and areas they want to explore (e.g., painting, drawing, crafts, performance, etc.)
Week 3
Development spaces (games, dynamics, creative challenges, etc.) focused on artistic thinking, storytelling, and creative confidence
Activity: Creative brainstorming sessions to foster imagination and innovation through art
Activity: Introspection space for participants to express emotions, ideas, and personal stories through artistic mediums
Artistic workshops based on participants’ interests (painting, sketching, collage, digital art, performance, etc.)
Activity: Collaborative art projects to promote teamwork, communication, and shared creativity
Week 4
Provide feedback sessions where participants reflect on their artistic growth and creative journey
Closing day with beneficiaries
Collect data from beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
Build final project report and present it to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives
Organize an exhibition, presentation, or performance space where participants can present their work
