Project Activities

Week 1
Week 1: Integration & Understanding Objective: Understand the clinic, the environment, and identify needs. Integration meeting with the clinic team Introduction to the clinic’s workflow, values, and services Observation of daily operations (non-medical aspects) Understanding local context (community, animal welfare challenges) Initial diagnostic: assess level of awareness among visitors/community Informal discussions Short questionnaires or observations
Week 2
Week 2: Planning & Preparation Objective: Build a relevant and adapted action plan. Analyze results from the initial diagnostic Co-create an action plan with the clinic team Define key messages and objectives of awareness activities Prepare workshop content and materials: Role of veterinarians in protecting ecosystems Animal care and environmental responsibility Logistics planning for workshops and awareness day
Week 3
Week 3: Implementation (Workshops & Activities) Objective: Deliver educational and practical impact. Conduct awareness workshops: Workshop 1: Importance of animal care and their environment Workshop 2 (practical): Managing and supporting stray animals Engage participants through interactive activities Continue supporting clinic operations: استقبال (reception) Material preparation Hygiene and organization
Week 4
Week 4: Event & Consolidation Objective: Create visibility and ensure sustainability. Organize a community awareness day: Educational stands Interactive sessions Engagement with local community Continue support to clinic (non-medical tasks) Collect feedback from participants and staff Evaluate impact of activities Final report + recommendations for future volunteers
