The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Actively participate in opening and introduction sessions
Observe students’ needs and report any concerns to coordinators
Assist in the preparation of upcoming activities
Learn about the program structure, objectives, and activity plans
Support student onboarding and facilitate communication
Week 2
Accompany students in activities (basketball, volleyball, swimming, gymnastics, tennis, rhythm, visual arts)
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and organized environment
Encourage active participation in all activities
Observe students’ interests and skills to support their development
Week 3
Monitor individual and group development of students
Actively engage in activities with students (camping, archery, cooking workshops, ecology, dance, etc.)
Provide guidance and support during group work
Coordinate with the organizing team to ensure effective implementation
Week 4
Accompany students in activities (table tennis, darts, survivor games, chess, climbing wall, curling, bocce, bowling)
Support students in reflecting on their learning outcomes
Assist in organizing closing events
Participate in feedback and evaluation processes
