Role

Project Activities

Week 1
ntroduction to the NGO and the local community's environmental challenges Initial assessment of children's previous knowledge about climate change Planning of interactive workshops and ice-breaking activities for the kids
Week 2
Conducting workshops on the basics of climate change and the importance of nature Hands-on activity: Teaching recycling, waste sorting, or creating eco-friendly crafts Leading outdoor activities to connect children with their local environment
Week 3
Organizing a "Green Action" day (e.g., community garden planting or a local cleanup) Educational sessions on sustainable habits (saving water, energy, and conscious consumption) Developing creative materials with the children (posters or short plays about the Earth)
Week 4
Final community event or exhibition to showcase the children's work and learnings Creation of a "Green Guide" or sustainable toolkit for the kids to take home Final impact report and transition of the educational plan to the local NGO staff
