The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Run first simple activity/workshop (don’t wait too long)
Introduce volunteers + beneficiaries
Onboarding space with partner (context, beneficiaries, objectives)
Icebreaker + trust-building activities
Cultural exchange session (light version)
Start initial needs assessment
Co-create initial ideas for final outcomes
Define expectations + success metrics
Week 2
Run skill-building workshops (creative, social, or thematic)
Introduce Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
Coaching/check-ins with beneficiaries
Start defining final project direction
Mid-week: reflection session
End of week: clear project concept + roles assigned
Week 3
Dedicated project work sessions (Open Studio style)
Cultural immersion activities (community interaction, local visits)
Integrate learning into project work
Mentoring + feedback loops
Mid-week: progress checkpoint
Week 4
Closing space
Intensive work sessions to finalize outputs
Collect data (surveys, interviews, feedback)
Prepare final presentation/exhibition
Present results to stakeholders
Reflection session with beneficiaries
Evaluate outcomes vs. initial goals
