Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Interactive session: Causes & Effects of Climate Change
Documentary viewing + guided discussion
Initial assessment (baseline awareness, habits)
Set expectations + introduce SDGs (focus on climate change)
Onboarding with partner + beneficiaries
Light cultural exchange
Start local impact exploration (how it affects their community)
Week 2
Climate Fresk / systems thinking activity
Carbon footprint workshop (practical + personalized)
Climate Change Scorecard discussion
Debate: individual vs systemic responsibility
Introduce sustainable habits framework
Start defining group project ideas (solutions-based)
Week 3
Hackathon-style sessions (design solutions + actions)
Run Hands-on sustainability activities: Tree planting / cleanup / awareness campaigns
Social media campaign creation (impact visibility)
Mentoring + iteration on projects
Mid-week checkpoint: cut weak ideas
Week 4
Finalize and present projects
Run campaigns / implement final actions
Collect data (surveys, feedback, before/after comparison)
Reflection session: behavior change + learning
Build final impact report
Closing event with stakeholders
