Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Activities aimed at autonomous individuals without family support, in situations of social isolation, at risk of loneliness or depression. It also includes regular courtesy visits, accompaniment in recreational and leisure activities, small group dynamics, visits to the region's heritage, sharing and collection of personal experiences and life stories. Promotion of active aging and combating ageism, or carrying out small DIY activities in their homes. Coordination in the realization of small dreams yet to be fulfilled, such as: taking the elderly to see the sea, taking the elderly to pray in Fatima, taking a first flight, horseback riding, among others, according to expressed interests.
