The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
• Volunteer students meet the children and organize team-building games. • Fun activities focused on warm-up, coordination, and basic movement skills are conducted. • Mini obstacle courses are implemented to observe the children’s physical abilities and activity levels.
Week 2
• Activities related to team sports such as football, basketball, and volleyball are organized. • Sports games that improve agility, balance, and reflexes are played. • Activities are carried out to strengthen teamwork, communication, and sharing skills among children. • Volunteer students actively participate in training sessions and games together with the children.
Week 3
• Mini tournaments and group competitions are organized. • Fun conditioning activities are conducted to improve endurance and movement ability. • Individual and team tasks are given to help children build self-confidence. • Short discussions are held about the effects of sports on discipline, motivation, and healthy living.
Week 4
• Large-scale team games and final activities are organized. • Mini matches are held where children can showcase the skills they developed throughout the program. • Evaluation and feedback sessions are conducted between volunteer students and children. • The program is completed with certificate distribution and a closing / appreciation event.
