Individual Profiles & Heritage Mapping: Conduct one-on-one conversational interviews with residents to map out their cognitive backgrounds, life stories, and physical limitations, creating a customized engagement plan for the month
Week 2
Bring interactive classes to understand throughout the week the beneficiaries' backgrounds with arts and their professional and personal dreams for the future
Run artistic first step activities with beneficiaries in order for them to have first contact with the different artistic materials and media (e.g. drawings vs painting, sculpturing, fotographies etc.)

Organize a brainstorming session where team members share ideas, themes, and inspirations for the project.
Divide the final project into smaller activities and define the responsibles for each part of the whole creation
Chair-Based Gentle Mobility & Stretching: Liven up the morning routine by directing a group physical session where seniors perform low-impact, adapted rhythmic movements entirely from their chairs to improve joint flexibility.
Facilitate a playful, safe physical game using soft giant balloons or lightweight balls to activate hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and collaborative team spirit among the elderly.
Run a hands-on artistic atelier focused on manual dexterity, guiding residents to mold clay or playdough into simple shapes, which exercises finger strength and focus.
Week 3

Create a Personal Development Plan for each participant to track their improvement weekly by a coaching system
Hold a workshop where participants can collaborate on a small art piece or experiment with different mediums related to the project (e.g., painting, sculpting, digital design).
Work on an initial draft of the project’s main piece (e.g., the first scenes of a play, the first strokes of a mural, etc.) and then hold a feedback session with beneficiaries and mentors or partner representatives.
Set aside time for individual or group reflection on personal artistic goals for the project. Participants can discuss what they hope to achieve or learn during the process.
Host an interactive team trivia tournament using large-print boards, focusing on proverbs, historical events, and word-association puzzles to sharpen active cognitive processing.
Execute a modified bingo game where instead of numbers, residents listen to short snippets of famous old songs and must identify the track to cross it off their cards, boosting auditory memory.
Work in small groups using thematic picture cards (e.g., historical timelines or daily routines), prompting seniors to arrange them in the correct logical or chronological order.
Week 4

Deliver weekly lessons connecting the development of art and creativity skills with beneficiaries dreams and plans for the future
Bring data towards Arts & Employability in the world and request a case study or groups presentation about the connection of arts with their future (diversified by topics, research areas, cultures etc)
Use libraries and computer laboratories to diversify the research spaces and build an interactive environment for their case study
Dynamic: Open Studio Sessions (Provide participants with dedicated, uninterrupted time to work on their individual art pieces while having access to a collaborative environment for feedback and inspiration.)
Lead a collaborative arts and crafts session where residents use paint, stamps, and their own fingerprints to co-create a large, colorful tree mural symbolizing the unity of the home.
Direct a light music workshop where seniors use simple handheld percussion instruments (maracas, tambourines) to accompany volunteers in singing classic local songs.
Host a final social gathering within the residence to display the artwork created throughout the month, hand out symbolic participation certificates, and celebrate with the families and staff.
