Project
The project aims to contribute to SDG #4.7 by providing and opening spaces for inclusive and equitable quality education for children from disadvantaged villages. We focus on fostering intercultural understanding and breaking down language barriers by offering children access to educational and cultural activities, as volunteers visit multiple villages during the project duration

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project
Preparing the activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC
Introductory session with the beneficiaries, presentation of the volunteers and project objectives.
Week 2
Introduce and share their home country's culture through interactive presentations, games, storytelling, songs, and cultural exchange activities.
Engage with children through learning-by-playing methods, creative activities, team-building games, and informal educational interactions to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist teachers in conducting classroom learning activities and supporting children during educational sessions.
Week 3
Assist teachers in conducting classroom learning activities and supporting children during educational sessions.
Engage with children through learning-by-playing methods, creative activities, team-building games, and informal educational interactions to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Introduce and share their home country's culture through interactive presentations, games, storytelling, songs, and cultural exchange activities.
Week 4
Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
Assist teachers in conducting classroom learning activities while supporting children's educational and personal development through interactive and engaging learning experiences.
Introduce and promote their home country's culture through presentations, games, storytelling, and cultural exchange activities, while fostering meaningful interactions with children through learning-by-play methods and informal educational activities.
Analyse data to determinate outcome/impact results (level of awareness of beneficiaries post-project activities).
Debrief the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss about what went well and even better if and include this in the report
