Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Analyze country-level youth employability and job-hunting challenges
Determine outcome measurement system and data collection materials
Develop an assessment(with partner or teacher support)to evaluate beneficiaries' soft and hard skills
Create and prepare materials for sessions, dynamics, and workshops ofthe following weeks
Onboarding space with a partner representative to understand the context and urgent needs of youth
Week 2
Assess current hard and soft skills to identify improvement areas
Create a Personal Development Plan (PDP) for each participant
Coordinate individual sessions to identify skills to develop
Set up a mentorship or buddy program based on desired soft skills development
Introductory session with beneficiaries, including presentation of volunteers and project objectives
Week 3
Continue buddy and coaching dynamics
Introspection activities to help participants identify strengths, weaknesses, and soft skills to improve
Soft skills workshops tailored to participant needs
Development spaces using games, role plays, dynamics, and roundtables (solution-oriented thinking, world citizenship, empowerment, self-awareness)
Week 4
Practical workshops on high-demand skills (programming, entrepreneurship, UX design, etc.)
Practical workshops aligned with participants' ambitions and talents
Continue buddy and coaching dynamics
Activity: Introduce beneficiaries to professionals from different fields to explore job opportunities and required hard skills
Practical workshops on essential 21st-century hard skills (digital work, Microsoft packages, etc.)
