Project
The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Introductory session with beneficiaries, presentation of the volunteers, and introduction of the project objectives.
Creation of an implementation plan detailing how the project should run and determining the materials to be used.
Preparation of activities to be conducted in the upcoming weeks and receiving feedback from partners and AIESEC.
Run the initial baseline evaluation needed to measure the project's result/impact.
Onboarding with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, the beneficiaries, and to discuss the desired project outcome.
Week 2
Creation of a buddy system for beneficiaries to track their progress.
Dynamic: Introducing beneficiaries to basic vocabulary and phrases in a new language through engaging and interactive games (e.g., Scrabble, Pictionary, or Charades).
Dynamic: "Book Club" Setup, presenting the books to be covered during the project and explaining the dynamic to beneficiaries.
Creation of a creative system to increase beneficiaries' mathematical knowledge ("Creative Math" – puzzles, games, group activities)
Organize a test-style activity where beneficiary teams answer questions related to mathematics, vocabulary, or general knowledge.
Week 3
Execute weekly quizzes/tests to evaluate the main takeaways from the week.
Run lessons based on student or school needs (mathematics, reading skills, foreign language, etc.).
Run dynamics to reinforce what was learned during the week's lesson (math games, speaking club, lab practice, etc.).
Weekly "Book Club" meeting.
Weekly "Creative Math" meeting.
Week 4
Data analysis to determine results and impact (beneficiaries' post-project awareness level).
Drafting the final project report and presenting it to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives
Closing day with the beneficiaries
Debrief on project impact, discuss how beneficiaries developed, review what went well and what could be improved ("even better if"), and include these insights in the report.
Data collection from beneficiaries (using surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
