Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Get familiar with the organization, its projects, campaigns, communication channels, and data workflows.
Get familiar with the organization, its projects, campaigns, communication channels, and data workflows.
Develop initial content ideas and understand the team's communication and data requirements.
Week 2
Build or improve spreadsheets and basic dashboards for internal reporting.
Build or improve spreadsheets and basic dashboards for internal reporting.
Collect, clean, structure, and validate data from relevant sources.
Week 3
Analyze data and create visualizations and reports to support operational and marketing decisions.
Develop or improve internal tools and automate data collection or reporting processes.
Collaborate with team members to understand their content and data needs.
Week 4
Present key results, insights, and recommendations to the project coordinator.
Document developed tools, processes, and key learnings for future use.
Complete a final mini-project addressing a content, data, or workflow-related challenge.
