Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Organization & Assessment — Understand the organization’s administrative and financial processes, review existing documents, and identify areas for support.
Week 2
Administration & Data Management — Organize documents, update databases, manage files, and support daily administrative tasks.
Week 3
Accounting & Financial Support — Assist with expense tracking, invoices, budgeting, financial records, and basic accounting tasks under supervision.
Week 4
Business & Process Improvement — Support reporting, analyze basic data, and propose practical improvements to administrative or business processes. EP Requirement: The volunteer should have relevant knowledge in admi
