Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Week 1 — Assessment & Understanding: Understand the organization’s business model, administrative processes, financial records, and current needs.
Week 2
Week 2 — Accounting & Financial Organization: Support expense tracking, invoices, financial documentation, budgeting, and organization of accounting records.
Week 3
Week 3 — Business Analysis: Analyze basic financial or operational data and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, or resource management.
Week 4
Week 4 — Reporting & Improvement: Support the preparation of reports and propose practical improvements to the organization’s business or accounting processes.
