Project Activities

Week 1
Workshop: Comprehensive Workplace Soft Skills : Training communication strategies, team collaboration, critical thinking, and time management
Workshop : Public Speaking & Presentation Skills : Enhancing confidence to deliver presentations and speak clearly
Beneficiary Assessment & Profiling : Introductory session with beneficiaries to presentation of project objectives
Incoming Preparation Seminar : Introduction of iGV and EP preparation
Onboarding & Meeting with OP Taker : Introductory session to understand current workplace scenarios in Makassar and align on outcomes
Workshop: Empowering Futures (SDG 8) : Interactive workshop introducing SDG 8 (Decent Work) and global workforce requirements
Week 2
Workshop: Understanding Modern Workplace Dynamics : Interactive discussion on professional ethics, corporate communication, and workplace etiquette
Practical Simulation: Workplace Conflict Handling : Role-playing exercises on resolving common workplace scenarios and challenges
Future Skills & In-Demand Industry Trends : Overview of emerging global and local job market trends and required skills
Career Path Exploration & Self-Awareness : Guiding participants to identify their core strengths, career interests, and potential job pathways
Mentorship: Industry Readiness & Group Discussion : Interactive group discussion with mentors focusing on career preparation strategies and skill alignment
Week 3
Discussion: Gender Equality & Inclusive Workplace : Breaking stereotypes in job roles and empowering equal career opportunities for all youth
Practical Session: English Mock Interview : Mock job interviews in English with real-time feedback and application practice
Self-Branding & LinkedIn Optimization : Optimizing an active LinkedIn profile
Writing Professional ATS CV : Guidance on creating ATS-compliant CVs and motivation letters
Career Insights & Mentorship : Mentorship session connecting youth with diverse professionals to discuss workplace dynamics
Week 4
Farewell Party : Closing session of all the activities for EP
Career Showcase & Final Presentation : Presenting skills development throughout the project
Career Day & Networking Session : Career Day with guest speakers to discuss opportunities and job market insights
Closing Meeting with OP Taker & Debrief : Formally finalizes program results and closes the colaboration with the OP Takers
Data Collection & Beneficiary Surveys : Collecting post-project data through surveys and performance evaluations
Impact Analysis & Outcome Reporting : Analyzing collected data outcome results regarding employability readiness
