Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Discover AEM, Dar Souiri and the team. Audit existing physical archives and administrative files. Create an inventory.
Week 2
Continue classification and start digitizing priority documents, historical records and attendance lists.
Design a practical classification and filing system. Start sorting documents.
Week 3
Organize participant records, attendance lists and activity documentation. Support activity reports.
Week 4
Complete remaining tasks, hand over the archive system and present results.
Finalize digital folders and document database. Check accessibility and create a user guide.
