Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Audit the existing website, content, hosting and tools. Identify improvements and create a work plan.
Week 2
Start improving or redesigning the website. Fix key problems and update pages/design.
Add photos, galleries and content. Publish existing and past events. Improve mobile experience.
Week 3
Build a simple system allowing AEM members to add events/news without coding.
Finalize design/performance improvements. Support document digitization and cloud storage. Train the team.
Week 4
Complete remaining work and hand over website, access and documentation.
