The project aims to contribute to SDG #17 by building up the capacity of local NGO, non-profit organizations and/or foundations to contribute to social impact in their communities by collaborating with local social projects and engaging with grass-groot initiatives.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Onboarding with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries, and project outcomes.
Conduct the initial assessment to measure the project's expected outcomes/impact.
Prepare activities for the following weeks and gather feedback from partners and AIESEC.
Review past campaign/project performance and identify funding gaps.
Introductory session with beneficiaries, including volunteer introductions and project objectives.
Week 2
Analyse the partner's business model, current procedures, identity, and data from past projects/campaigns.
Gather feedback from existing partners to improve collaboration.
Map competitors and identify Good Case Practices that can be adapted.
Research potential new partners and interview them about possible partnerships.
Build a Development Plan for the partner based on gathered data and obtain feedback.
Host an Open Doors Night to help the community better understand the partner's cause.
Week 3
Run on-demand workshops or consultations to address the partner's project deficiencies.
Conduct a strategy session with the NGO and partners to refine their social-impact strategies based on project insights.
Conduct training workshops for NGO staff and volunteers on areas such as fundraising, social media management, and impact measurement.
Develop a strategy for ongoing engagement with beneficiaries and stakeholders after the project ends.
Conduct funds mapping and prepare funding applications.
Week 4
Develop a 6–12 month fundraising strategy.
Analyse data to determine outcomes/impact, including partnership growth, funding opportunities identified/applied for, and scheduled partner activities.
Create and present the Final Impact and Funding Readiness Report to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
Conduct a closing day with beneficiaries.
Begin implementing the ongoing engagement strategy for beneficiaries and stakeholders
Collect data from beneficiaries through surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.
