Project
Skill Up! at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Airlangga (FISIP Unair) places global volunteers inside an academic environment to strengthen the employability of local students and young people. Over four weeks, volunteers support the faculty’s research, laboratory, fieldwork, and teaching activities while working side by side with Indonesian students. The project contributes to SDG 8, Target 8.6, by giving youth practical skills, real project experience, and an international perspective that prepare them for decent work.
