Week 1
Initial assessment of participants' knowledge, interests and skills.
Interactive activity: Critical Thinking and Creative Brainstorming.
Case study: Solving a Real-Life Problem in a Team.
Introduction to the project, volunteers and participants.
Workshop: Understanding Your Strengths and Skills.
Workshop: Communication, Teamwork and Problem-Solving.
Week 2
Practical activity: Developing a Business Model Canvas.
Case study: How Would You Improve a Struggling Business?
Workshop: Marketing, Branding and Understanding Customers.
Workshop: Introduction to Entrepreneurship and Business Models.
Team challenge: Create a Business Idea That Solves a Real-World Problem.
Week 3
Case study: How Can Technology Solve a Business Problem?
Workshop: Digital Skills for the Modern Workplace.
Workshop: Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Its Practical Applications.
Practical session: Using Digital Tools for Research, Planning and Productivity.
Team challenge: Design a Digital Solution for a Real-Life Challenge.
Week 4
Workshop: Financial Literacy and Budgeting for Beginners.
Mentoring and feedback sessions to improve team projects.
Final challenge: Present a Business or IT Solution to a Panel.
Final assessment, reflection and evaluation of learning outcomes.
