Exchange participants will collaborate with the organization's team to improve and maintain its website by updating content, optimizing its structure, enhancing user experience, and addressing basic technical issues. Project Activities

Week 1
Analyze the existing website's structure, design, and functionality. Identify outdated content, broken links, and areas requiring improvement. Evaluate website navigation and mobile responsiveness. Define priorities and establish an improvement plan with the organization's team.
Week 2
Update website information, text, images, and other visual elements. Improve website layout and content organization. Enhance navigation and accessibility. Ensure consistency with the organization's brand identity.
Week 3
Address basic technical issues and broken links. Improve mobile responsiveness across different devices. Optimize images and website loading speed. Apply basic SEO practices to improve online visibility. Test website features and navigation.
Week 4
Conduct final website testing and verify all improvements. Identify any remaining issues and propose solutions. Document website maintenance procedures. Train the organization's team on basic content updates and website management. Present recommendations for future development.
