Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Conduct a focused Sustainability Resource Audit targeting the 2 most impactful resource streams (e.g., water + waste, or energy + materials)
Design a condensed 2 session awareness curriculum based on the audit's top findings
Present audit findings to partner and co prioritize 2 quick win improvements for immediate implementation
Deploy pre assessment survey to beneficiaries (Day 2–3)
Compressed onboarding (Day 1–2): partner context, beneficiary mapping, available resources
Week 2
Deliver Workshop Session 1: "Our Resource Footprint" — real data from audit, interactive personal consumption mapping
Collect attendance + satisfaction data
Launch outreach campaign: social media, community materials amplifying workshop themes with audit data
Deliver Workshop Session 2: "Responsible Consumption in Action" — hands on activity + launch a 5 Day Community Action Challenge
Complete Quick Win #1 and begin Quick Win #2
Week 3
Deploy post assessment survey
Co facilitate a recap session with partner staff as train the trainer handoff
Package all materials into a Sustainability Toolkit for partner reuse
Collect challenge results from beneficiaries
Document partner site improvements with photos/measurements
Week 4
Analyze all data: pre vs. post knowledge scores, behavior adoption rates, campaign reach, improvement implementation status
Build and present Final Impact Report to AIESEC and partner
Project debrief + closing ceremony with beneficiaries
Full handoff of all digital assets, data, toolkit, and improvement documentation to partner
